Can I return a gift purchased for me?

Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of their products, they are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges once the order has shipped. All sales are final. ColourPop reserves the right to refuse any return at any time. If you would like to cancel your order before it ships, or have any questions, please contact their customer service team.

How much is shipping?

Orders under $30 will be charged a flat rate of $5.99. Free shipping on orders of $30 and above. $15.00 for orders up to $100. All international orders are subject to duties and duties imposed by the importing country. ColourPop is not responsible for costs associated with importation. All fees, duties or other taxes must be paid by the package recipient.

Do discount codes expire?

While some things are forever, their discount codes don't. All discount codes are issued with an expiration date so you can plan your shopping dates accordingly! Remember, discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers that may be on their site when you place your order.

My package says it has been delivered, but I didn't receive it, what should I do?

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect and a package is marked as delivered before it actually arrives - oops! Your package will most likely arrive within a few days, but in the meantime it's best to contact your neighbors and/or the post office for more information! If you haven't received your order within a few days, please email their customer service team within 14 days of the last tracking update with your order number and tracking information so they can assist you further! They are excited to offer a limited number of collections through their exclusive PR box! Unfortunately, however, as their PR boxes tend to be larger, they can only ship these collectibles to addresses within the United States. This is a shipping limitation they can't address right now!
