What is their return policy?
They J.ING hope you enjoy your new purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item within 18 days of the last item's delivery date and they will refund you by in-store credit or original payment method, depending on your preference. Please contact Customer Service via Live Chat, Wechat, Facebook, Phone and Email to initiate a return. Their working hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm (Pacific Standard Time). If their agent is currently busy, please leave your order number and return item and they will get back to you when they are available. They do not currently offer exchange services. Please note that a return fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your total refund if the original payment method for US orders is returned. Only one return label is allowed per order. You can return multiple items in your order.
What is their shipping policy?
Orders can take up to 1-5 business days to process and ship. After placing your order, they will send a confirmation email with your order number. By placing an order with J.ING, you are responsible for any original shipping charges and all applicable duties and customs import duties. For Canada and Mexico, they charge a flat rate of $9.99. Free shipping on orders over $199. For other countries, they charge $6.99~$25 USD for flat shipping. Please note that your order will be shipped as soon as pre-order items become available.
Can I modify my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placing an order. Please email [email protected] to request a cancellation. JING does not guarantee that they will be able to cancel your order. You can manage and track your online orders by contacting the JING customer service team at [email protected]. You will need your order number and email address. However, they may not be able to modify an order once it starts processing in their system. Please be extra careful when placing an order as JING does not accept any changes to an already processed order.
