Can I cancel my order after it has already been shippeed?

• Due to their marketplace model, they cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but they  are sometimes able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped. 

• Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has already been dispatched, their support team will be happy to set up a return for you.

Do I need to pay for duties and taxes for my orders?

• For US orders, Maisonette does not collect taxes in all states. Your purchase may be subject to sales and use tax. Depending on your state, you may be exempt from sales tax—some states require a tax return at the end of the year for purchases made online.

• If you are buying a product from a country outside of the US, duties are included in the price of the item. If the total of your shipment is over $800, you may be subject to relevant import duties charged by your carrier.

Can I return my entire order in one package?

• No. Maisonette is a marketplace of 800+ brands. When you place an order, each individual brand ships directly from their warehouse to your door. 

• Because of this, each return must be shipped back separately in its own box and with its own shipping label so it arrives at the correct warehouse.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

• Upon receipt, your refund will be processed to your original payment method and can take 7-10 business days to post depending on the speed of your bank or payment method.

• Your refund will only reflect the amount you paid after any promotions or discounts. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

What is the general shipping information?

• At checkout, they will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. 

• Standard shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM will usually ship on the next business day. 

• Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. 

• They are currently unable to ship to US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

• They are unable to process orders to PO Boxes. Please note that your order may delayed if these addresses are provided in checkout.
