What is their refund policy?

• For any order dispute, each customer can claim a full refund within the refund period applicable to their product type. If the purchase exceeds the specified refund guarantee period, there will be no refund.

• For annual billing products and / or permanently licensed products, a refund request must be made within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

• For products that are billed monthly, a refund request must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

• For automatic renewal, a refund request must be made within seven (7) days after the automatic renewal.

• Once the refund is issued, the corresponding license will be marked as invalid. Please uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.

Under what circumstances can I not apply for a refund?

• Refund request submitted within thirty (30) days / seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

• A refund request submitted due to dissatisfaction with the function and results of the product due to failure to read the product description before purchase. It is strongly recommended that every customer read the product description and try the free / trial version before final purchase.

• A refund request submitted after the product has been used and successfully performed its intended task.

• Claim that the refund request of the registration code was not received within two (2) hours after the order was successful. Usually, after the order is confirmed, MiniTool's system will automatically send a registration email within one (1) hour. However, registration email may be delayed due to Internet or system failures, spam settings, etc. In this case, the customer should send an email to [email protected]. All inquiries will be answered within twenty-four (24) hours.

• Partially bundled refund request. MiniTool cooperates with a third-party payment platform, which does not support refund of any part of the order. Whereas, the mini tool may help to return the whole bundle after the customer purchases the correct product separately during the warranty period of the purchased bundle.
