Can I make a return at Original Grain?

• They hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, any brand new product watches and accessories can be returned to the original payment method within 30 days of delivery, or exchange/store credit within 30 days (except for price differences). Gift wrap/gift bags are not accepted for return.

• Extended warranties longer than 30 days are not refundable. If the customer wishes to replace the watch within 30 days, the extended warranty will extend to the updated product. If the customer chooses an upgraded or cheaper watch, they will charge or refund the difference between the watch + extended warranty. All returned watches will be checked to make sure they are not worn or damaged. All returned watches should be eligible for return to stock. If their team believes that returns are not authorized for exchange, the customer will be asked to purchase postage for the original purchased watch to return for shipment.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Original Grain?

• All carved watches can be returned to their original payment method within 14 days of shipment for a $35 replenishment fee, or refunded within 30 days for exchange/store credits for a $35 replenishment fee.

• If you wish to return a product, they offer a refund of up to 30 days upon return, and a restocking fee of $35 will be charged if you request a return. They offer up to 30 days for replacement. After 30 days, they no longer offer the opportunity for return or exchange.

• If you purchased from an authorized retailer, please refer to its return policy, as they do not accept refunds for purchases from other locations.

How long can I get my orders at Original Grain?

• A lot depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. The estimated transport time is shared among the selected transport methods.

• You can expect to be tracked by email within 1-2 business days of your order from [email protected]. During holidays, please allow 2-3 working days. Sometimes this will go into spam or promotion folders, so be sure to check there.

What should I do if my package are lost?

• Please note that they are not responsible for stolen packages after they are confirmed by Courier.

• If your package shows delivery, but you have not received it, contact the local carrier that delivered your item (USPS, fedex, or DHL). Packages are usually left in mailboxes, doorsteps or with front desk staff. They'd love to help with this process too!

• If the package does not arrive and is deemed lost, they will need to file a claim with the carrier and can do a reshipment or storage credit for the package.

When can I receive my refund?

Once your product arrives at their facility, please allow up to 14 business days for a refund to appear in your bank account from the original Grain.

Bank processing times may vary, so if they have initiated a refund and it has been more than 10 business days, please contact your financial institution.
