How does the 30-day risk-free trial work?

Buy any Populum product and they'll ship it to you instantly. Their 30-day risk-free trial is available to every first-time buyer. The trial period begins on the day you receive your package in the mail and you are eligible to use it for the next 30 days. If you are not satisfied with their product for any reason within these 30 days, please contact them via phone, email or chat to initiate a return. No worries, no questions asked.

How do I return it?

To return within the 30-day trial period, please email [email protected]. A customer experience representative will contact you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the return. After the return process is complete, a full refund will be made to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5 to 7 business days to reach your bank or credit card. Due to the inevitable fraudulent activities, they have established the following guidelines. The 30-day refund policy is only applicable to 1 product per customer. If you purchase more than 1 product, you will only be able to return 1 of the products.
