What is shipping policy?
All orders over $25 and within the United States qualify for free economy shipping. Orders have an estimated delivery time of 4-9 business days.
For those who choose to ship their package using the Free Economy Shipping option, please consult the map below for an estimated package delivery time. This map is not intended to be a guarantee, and delivery times may vary from the map below based on holidays or unexpected events such as inclement weather.
What is return policy?
They are happy to provide our 90 Day No Hassle Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee. Their products can be returned for any reason, even if opened, for up to 90 days. A refund back to the original form of payment will be issued after the product is returned.
Please include the following information so Customer Service can email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label: Order number. Items being returned (or just indicate the entire order). Reason for the return. Preference of refund or in-store credit.
What is diffuser warranty policy?
Diffusers are covered under a one year limited warranty. If the diffuser breaks due to manufacturers defect at any time for one year after purchase they can be replaced for an equivalent working model. If a refund is desired, their 90 day return policy applies.
How do I earn points?
You earn 30 points when you open your CLUB OIL'TY REWARDS account.
For every $1 spent with Rocky Mountain Oils, you earn 1 point. This includes the purchase of gift cards, but not purchases made with a gift card.
When you share your birthday with us on your account, you will earn 100 points every year on that date.
Get 30 points for liking them on Facebook, and an additional 30 points for following them on Instagram. To receive points for liking them on Facebook, go to your account dashboard and follow them from there. If you've already liked them before and haven't received your points, unlike them and then like them again through your CLUB OIL'TY Rewards account dashboard.
Get 200 points for Referring a Friend! In order to claim your points, your referred friend must use your unique URL (located in your CLUB OIL'TY Rewards account) and make a purchase of at least $25. You will receive points only when referred friends make their first purchase. Points are added when the purchase is made; however, if the product is returned, these points will be cancelled.
