How to cancel?

You can cancel your payment plan at any time, after which you will no longer be able to access third-party plug-ins or use purchased presets in new recordings and creative productions. To cancel your payment plan, visit the Billing section of your account page. If you cancel your payment plan, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, subject to the reinstatement of your payment plan.

How do they work?

As a subscriber, you receive monthly credits for downloading sample packs, individual samples (including loops and singles), MIDI patterns, and presets for popular plug-ins. Your unused credits will carry over to the next month unless you decide to cancel your subscription. All samples are 1 credit, while MIDI patterns and presets can cost up to 3 credits each.

What can I do during the free trial?

During the trial, you can browse, like, and preview samples on the Sounds platform, and use Bridge to preview any sample in your project. You can also download any sample that costs 0 points. Once you start your subscription, you will unlock program credits and be able to download samples that cost 1 or more credits.

How do payment plans work?

They will charge you an instalment payment method each month on the date that corresponds to the date you purchased the third-party plugin, or, if that date does not exist in a given month, on the last day of that month. If the date does not exist in a given month, it will be charged on the last day of the month. By purchasing a third-party plug-in license subject to a payment plan, you agree that SPLICE will charge your payment method the monthly install price until full payment, unless you cancel your payment plan or put it on hold.
