What is a non-refundable purchase?

If you purchase an add-on from Wargaming, they will only transfer the add-on to you after payment has been processed, and you can start using the add-on as soon as you complete the purchase process. Therefore, you do not have the right to cancel any purchase of an add-on after completing the purchase process and having the right to download the add-on.

What is the refund policy?

Purchases can only be refunded within 180 days if the relevant in-game item has not been used. For example, if you made a purchase on the wrong server. If this happens, please contact player support for the server you purchased.
