What is their warranty policy like?
The BCA warranty is a limited lifetime warranty designed to cover any possible manufacturing defects and problems caused by assembly. If you are not satisfied with your product, please use their web returns portal or email them at [email protected]. Upon receipt, the BCA Quality Team will inspect and repair or replace as needed. If your warranty includes a complete product replacement, they won't give you a job description because the product is fully replaced and not repaired.
How do returns and refunds work?
They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The 30 days are from the date of purchase, the date you submit your payment on their website. Purchases made with a BCA Gift Card will be refunded as a gift card. If 30 days have passed by the time you decide to return, BCA can provide a refund in the form of a store credit, which is valid for 30 days after it was issued. A 15% restocking fee applies if returned 6 months or more from the date of shipment. Please have their warranty team evaluate, repair/replace and contact you within 7-10 business days of your product arriving at their manufacturing facility.
What is their shipping policy?
They cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, U.S. territories, or carrier locations. Please wait 1-14 business days for your order to be processed before shipping. You will receive an email within 48 business hours of placing your order confirming that your order has been processed. They will provide you with a tracking number when the package is ready to ship. The tracking number will take effect once your order leaves their facility. Bear Creek Arsenal is only responsible for their own shipping policy (must ship within 14 business days of purchase).
