When and where can I get my orders?

As you know, they individually create every one of their ties and accessories right here in Vermont. So, while their Slimline or Standard, Freestyle bow ties generally ship out within a day or two of the receipt of your order (Monday to Friday), other items may take 2-7 days individually create for you before they are shipped. If you need your order by a specific date, please call them at 800-488-8437. They will bend over backwards to meet your deadline, and let you know if there will be any extra charges.

Can I make a return at Beau Ties?

They are so convinced that you will be happy with the products they make for you, they will give you a full year to return or exchange any of their standard handcrafted products. Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. They include:

• All sizes and styles of their adult bow ties

• Their standard 3-1/4"x 58" neckties

• Beau Fleur boutonnieres

• Lapel pins

• Fabric-covered cufflinks

• Tote Bags

• Wristlets

• Hair scarves

• Kippah/Yammulkes

• Knotted Headbands

• Head scarves

• Scrub Caps

• Aprons

What are the returned items Beau Ties cannot accept?

They cannot accept returns on the products they make that are customized or made-to-order.If there are defects in the fabric or flaws in their workmanship on any of their made-to-order products (which, they're happy to say, there almost never are), please call them at 800-488-8437 to let them know, and they'll arrange a return. Monogrammed products or custom pattern/Bespoke products are not returnable. They include:

• Slim or skinny neckties

• Neckties in long lengths

• Double-sided pocket squares

• Braces

• Infinity scarves

• Ascots

• Cravats

• Kids' ties

• D-ring belts

• Cummerbunds

• Eyeglass cases

• Key fobs

• Pet ties

• Kids' Hair Bows, Hair Clips and Headbands

• Hat bands

What's about the other products?

• Their cotton face masks – and their underwear, of course – may not be exchanged or returned. They hope they do not have to explain why.

• All other products may be returned to them within 30 days of purchase. They must be returned in their original packaging – with their original tags and/or hardware – and in unused condition.

What's the shipping method can Beau Ties offer?

• Standard: USPS First Class Mail (to U.S. and Canada). Shipping fee is $13.95. Orders for face masks and other in-stock items ship 1-3 business days after the receipt of your order. Products that are individually made to order - like ties, pocket squares, bags and head wear - can take between 2 and 7 business days to handcraft and ship.

• FedEx 2-day (U.S. Only). Shipping fee is $38.95. The best shipping method to choose if you need something quickly! Every single FedEx 2-Day order will ship 1 business day after your order is placed using FedEx 2-Day service. (Weekends and holidays do NOT count as business days)

• FedEx Overnight (U.S. Only). Ships next business day after receipt of order; delivers 1st business day after shipment.
