What should I do if the product is damaged?

• Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to them within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Please email them at [email protected] with your reason for return, citing any damage, faults or imperfections along with any photographic evidence you may have.

• Once you have contacted them with regards to a damaged or faulty item, they will assess whether they offer wither replacement parts or to exchange the item in part (applicable only to multi-box items) or whole.

• Any noticeable damage caused by a courier can be either be refused on delivery and therefore sent back to them by the courier or you will need to email us within 24hrs so they can arrange the courier to collect and have the damage assessed. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt.

Yes, they offer a 30-day cancellation policy on all items unless otherwise stated. Do not dispose of the product packaging until you are satisfied that all parts have been received in good order and that you're happy with the assembled product(s).

• The item in question must be returned to them as new and in its original packaging. By as new and in it's original packaging, they mean:

• All original packaging, labels and assembly instructions to in good condition, allowing it to be resold at full price.

• The products has not been assembled and/or used.

Can I get free shipping at Big Furniture Warehouse?

Yes, They dispatch daily Monday to Friday from their Lancashire based warehouse. Some of their larger and ready assembled products unless otherwise stated are sent out by a national based UK courier on a 3-5 working day delivery service which is included in the price for UK mainland. Ready assembled furniture requires a Two Man Delivery service and can take up to 10 working days for delivery.

Can they ship their product at Saturday?

They are able to send items out on a Saturday delivery service for a small extra cost, again dependant on the weight of the item you are buying, please contact them for further details.
