Do they ship outside of the United States?

They do not ship outside the continental United States. Please view their International Order Policy for more information.

What is their Return Policy?

• Returns on items accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Return labels that are generated expire after 14 days.

• Return shipping costs are our clients responsibility, unless CleanFreak.com is at fault. Charges will be deducted from final credit value.

• Up to 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund items that are opened or no longer have the original packaging.

• Chemicals and vacuums are non-returnable. Operational issues for vacuums and equipment are covered under the manufacturer's equipment-specific warranty. Please call themfor service options if operational issues exist.

• Parts orders and special ordered items require approval prior to return.

• Credit can be expected within 14 days after the item is delivered back to them. Some circumstances may require longer processing time.

How long will it take to get my stuff?

They ask that you allow 7 – 12 business days for delivery on all orders. In some cases, special order items may take longer to receive and those items will have information on the time lines in their product descriptions.

How long do I have to return the items?

They accept returns on items that are brand new & unused in their original packaging for 30 days. Please call customer service to acquire an RMA number as unlabeled items aren't able to be processed for a credit.
