How do I cancel my order?

• Because they ship orders as quickly as possible, it may not be possible to stop your order from shipping. Once shipped, they are not able to cancel your order. 

• You may contact their customer care department to receive a Return Authorization, if you decide you do not want to keep your order.

What should I do if I can not find my package?

• Lost packages are usually located by the carrier and delivered. To avoid duplicate shipments, replacements will be sent after the claims process is complete. 

• Although they are unable to expedite replacements, please be assured that they will work diligently with the carrier to resolve these matters in the most efficient way possible. 

• You must contact them within two weeks of the actual scheduled delivery, in order to guarantee that a lost claim with the carrier can be made.

How do I deal with the suspect damage?

• On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. 

• If you suspect concealed damage, notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is easily handled.If after inspection you do find actual damage, please contact CPO immediately by phone so they can assist with repairing or replacing your damaged item. 

• Please note that engine powered equipment that has been gassed or oiled must be taken to a service center for assistance (additional information listed above).

What can I learn about the freight delivery?

• Depending on the size of your order, your item(s) may ship via a freight company. Freight deliveries require a delivery time be scheduled and someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. 

• If your order contains more than one item and one of the items must be shipped via freight then the remaining items may be palletized and shipped together.

• Depending on the facilities available at the delivery address, a lift gate might be required. Lift gate options will be presented at checkout. Additional charges may apply.

Can I know how long long it take for different packages which are shipped to different destinations?

• A package shipped to a business address on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Wednesday. 

• A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.

• A package shipped to a residential address on Thursday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) can be expected for delivery on Saturday. 

• A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule can be expected for delivery on Tuesday.
