What is their return policy?

• No goods shall be returned without obtaining the return authorization ("RMA") number provided by the company in advance. The buyer must submit evidence of purchase date, company invoice number, commodity description (including serial number and model), reason for return, replacement or refund, and RMA number. The company may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject the buyer's requests for return, replacement or damages. 

• If accepted, and the goods are not used and are available for resale, the company shall refund the new laptop and desktop computer system within 30 days; Fifteen percent (15%) replenishment fee will be charged for returns after the 31st day. No refund, credit or exchange is allowed 45 days after the invoice date of all laptop and desktop computer systems and partial purchases. 

• All returned products must be marked with RMA number on the shipping label, and the buyer shall prepay the return freight, and must include all original packaging, materials, manuals and invoice copies. All returned products must be safely packed and delivered to the company in good condition. All freight and handling charges are non refundable. The company may reject or reject goods returned due to non-compliance with the conditions set forth in this agreement.

Do they offer a warranty?

• The company guarantees to the original buyer that the products are free from any material or process defects within the labor period of three years and the part period of one year from the date of the original invoice of the company. 

• Except laptop, which includes one year's labor and one year's parts from the original invoice date of the company. The company has the right to decide at its own discretion whether the products are within the scope of labor warranty and / or parts warranty. If the products provided by the company prove to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials reasonably determined by the company, the company agrees to repair or replace the products free of charge, excluding any transportation or handling costs. The company shall not be responsible for any software or data installed on the products originally provided by the company. 

• This warranty does not cover software, external equipment, accessories or other parts added to the company's system after shipment from the company, or accessories or parts not installed in the company's factory. The display, keyboard and mouse included in the company's standard price list belong to the scope of this warranty.
