If I don't like a box, can I freely return it?

Can I unsubscribe?

• You can cancel your quarterly subscription at any time by logging in to your account www.decocrated.com. Cancellations/requests must be billed by the 1st of each month to avoid receiving a box. Cancellation requests after the 1st will be effective on the following billing dates.

• The annual subscription fee is a prepaid 4 box subscription fee, which is non-refundable regardless of cancellation requests received within the 4 box subscription commitment period. When you buy an annual subscription, you get an initial 20% discount if you agree to buy all four boxes.

• Canceling your subscription after renewal does not provide you with a refund on any boxes already paid or shipped, nor does it stop a pending charge. If you would like to request cancellation of a pre-shipment order after a bill has occurred, please contact them at [email protected].
