What is their return policy?

• Items accepted: ready for shipment, and goods in stock can be completely returned. This includes stock styles, special offers, accessories and men's formal accessories.

• 25% of the purchase fee can be refunded for special order goods. This includes items manufactured specifically for your order.

• Items listed under final sales items are not included. The return must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your item. All returned items must be returned in the original, undamaged and unchanged state. All returned items must include all original packaging. All returned items must be attached with safety labels (if applicable).

• Items ready for shipment - the order value minus the $7.95 return freight will be refunded. Special order items - the order value will be refunded after deducting 25% restocking fee and $7.95 return freight. The original freight is not refundable. The credit card will be applied to the original credit card account used for the purchase.

• Most letters of credit are issued within 15 working days after receiving the goods, leaving time for processing and inspection.

• FedEx only delivers orders in the United States (7-10 business days).
