What is their shipping policy?

• They offer standard (UPS or USPS) and express (UPS overnight) transportation options. Each option provides a different delivery date. However, all options require that orders be processed before shipment.

• They are proud of the fast delivery and will do their best to deliver within 48 hours. For larger orders, they can ship through a common carrier.

• According to the suggestions of UPS, FedEx and USPS, they will encounter delays between November 26 and January 1 due to the large volume of packages. During this period, 1-day and 2-day delivery is not guaranteed. DK hardware is committed to delivering all orders as soon as possible, but during this period, they will not be responsible for any late delivery of UPS, FedEx and USPS.

How to return damaged items?

• The receiving agent (customer) must communicate with DK hardware supply department within 3 days after receiving the order, so that they can deal with the shipping damage claim with each carrier in time.
