When will I be notified about the status of my trip?
They'll notify you whether your tour is able to run approximately 45 days in advance of departure. If a tour is able to run, they’ll notify you of the requirements and current local conditions when then the tour is confirmed. If your tour is unable to run or you do not want to travel at that time, you can reschedule your tour or receive a Future Travel Voucher for 100% of your money paid.
How do I use a Future Travel Voucher?
If your voucher is visible in your online account, you can book your trip on their web site like you usually would and apply the voucher during check out. If your voucher is not visible in your online account, you can submit a request to book a new trip with your voucher or book your trip on their website and chat in for them to apply your voucher.
How do I find entry requirements for my trip?
Go to your online account, go to your trip, and then select entry requirements.
Can I book my own flights?
Yep! Just select the Land Only option when booking your trip. The best part—even if you book your flights, all connecting flights within the trip are pre-included.
What if I want to fly with my friend?
It's possible. Are you traveling from the same airport on the same date? Simply request to fly together. They can usually make it happen, but they can’t guarantee it. Just be sure to make the request at least 99 days before departure.
Can I choose my airline?
They work with all their partners to ensure you get the best price. But, they've all got their preferences. Let them know at least 99 days before departure and they'll be happy to look into it. However, they can't guarantee it. (But they'll try really hard.)
What happens if I choose monthly or bi-weekly and I miss a payment?
If you miss one payment, the amount will be distributed evenly over your remaining payments. However, if you miss two consecutive payments, you will be withdrawn from the plan altogether. Note: there is a $35 decline fee each time you miss a payment.
What if I switch trips or move my trip to a later date?
All completed payments will be applied to your new trip and any remaining balance will be redistributed evenly over your new time frame.
Is Affirm a loan?
Technically speaking, yes. Their financing partner, Affirm, will lend you the money to pay for your trip, and you'll pay them back over time.
How do I use a Future Travel Voucher?
Future Travel Vouchers issued in 2020 or 2021 can be applied to any travel booked prior to 12/31/2022, for departures before 9/30/2024. Just book a trip like you usually would and then start a chat on their website to apply the voucher to your order.
What payment methods does EF Ultimate Break accept?
You can pay using a creditor debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or by using a checking account.
