What shoul I do if an item is missing from my order?
If you ordered multiple items, your order may have been sent in two or more separate parcels. Please check your emails to see if you were sent multiple tracking numbers.
The best way to see this is if the email subject is "Part of your order is on the way". If this is the case you should have received multiple emails and will have multiple parcels on the way.
Does Ever New stores offer a lay-by service?
As a fast fashion retailer, Ever New promises up to the minute international trends. They have new collections delivered every four weeks and new styles arriving daily.
In order to keep true to their Ever New promise, they are unable to offer a traditional lay-by service for their new collections and daily deliveries.
Can I return an item purchased at an Ever New store online?
No, item purchased in a Ever New store may not be returned or refunded online. You will need to go in store to return your item.
When will I receive my returns shipping label?
Once you have completed the step-by-step process via the Returns Portal and paid for your return, you will be emailed your shipping label within 24 hours.
If you do not receive your shipping label within 24 hours, please contact their friendly Customer Service team.
Can I change my delivery address after I've placed my order?
Once your order has been placed, they endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore they cannot guarantee they will be able to change your delivery address before the order has been shipped. Please contact their Customer Service Team as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address, and they will do their best to make it happen.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation including your shipping details and tracking number. Please click here to track your order once it has been shipped.
If you have an account with Ever New, you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

For your convenience, Forever New offers both standard and express delivery within Canada, using Canada Post.
Goods will be delivered on business days only. They do not offer deliveries on weekend or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a unique tracking number.
Delivery may be delayed during sale or promotional periods.
