Do they have an extended holiday return and exchange policy?

• For you early holiday shoppers - they're extending their return policy so that anything purchased in October or November can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition until Jan 31 of next year.

• Last minute shoppers - don't worry, anything purchased in December will follow their normal return policy and can be returned in unwashed, unworn condition up to 60 days after the purchase date for an exchange or store credit or 30 days for a refund to original payment method.

Can I return or exchange for a different item?

• You bet! For the return, you'll need your order number and the zip code of the original shipping address. Shoot them an email at [email protected] if you need them to look those up for you.

• To exchange your item(s) for different products, check out our Shop Now feature. Simply opt to "Return Item", choose your reason, and then click "Shop Now". 

• Once you drop the items off at the Post office, your new items will process to ship out. 

What's their price adjustment policy?

If within 7 days of your purchase the price of a Free Fly item is reduced, they're happy to refund you the difference. Just send their team a note!

Where do I enter a discount/promo code?

• Have a discount? Awesome! You can add it to your order when moving through checkout. There will be a box on the right side of the screen above your order's subtotal. Enter the code and your total will reflect the new amount.

• You can only use one discount code per order unless otherwise specified.  If you have multiple discounts, save one for your next order or send it to a friend.

• Certain items may not apply and will be marked as such. Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a discount code. 

Do they ship internationally?

• The shipping options on their website are for U.S. and Canada* purchases. 

• At this time, they don't offer international shipping. They hope to have it available on their website soon!

• *Additional shipping charges for Canada will be reflected at Checkout. Free Shipping on orders over $150 is for U.S. orders only. 

Do they offer gift wrapping?

• Yes! They offer gift wrapping. 

• You can select to have your gift wrapped with our eco, re-usable gift bag for $5. To have your order wrapped, simply go to your cart and select "Add Gift Wrap". A $5 charge will be added to your order for gift wrapping. 

• They also offer free gift messaging - in your cart, select the checkbox "Add a Gift Message". Your message will be included on the packing slip. Don't worry, no prices are included on their packing slips.
