What is their shipping policy?
Development Plus Inc selects the most economical carrier and carrier method options when picking and packing your order. The selected carrier option may be different from what the customer selects at checkout. Domestic transit time estimates are based on transit times within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. For most items, they are able to ship to the US, Canada, Australia, some EU countries and APO/FPO addresses. Final shipping is usually calculated based on item weight, shipping address and shipping method selected (Economy, Standard, Expedited, Standard International). Final shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
What is their return policy?
Unopened items (unless otherwise stated) in original new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping (you must pay for the return item). Do not return items or orders to them without first going through Customer Service. An RMA number is required to process any returns. Returns without an RMA number will not be refunded. You have 30 days from the date the RMA is issued to return your item. If more than 30 days have passed, the RMA will not be honored. All sales of limited edition, limited-time or bespoke exclusive products are final. Your purchase of these items keeps your specific item and cannot be refunded or returned after the order has been placed.
What is their general order cancellation policy?
In most cases, orders containing in-stock items cannot be cancelled until the order has shipped. Generally, only pre-ordered items in the order can be cancelled. If your order contains in-stock items. These items may have already shipped. Once you place an order, it goes directly to the fulfillment queue in their warehouse system. Once an order enters the fulfillment queue, it will be fulfilled during normal business hours. This is why once an order is placed, it is very difficult to cancel. Orders are filled faster than their customer service team can reasonably respond to your cancellation request. Shipped orders can be returned according to their general return policy guidelines.
