What is their cancellation policy?

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made by contacting the reservation hotline at 1-800-971-8271. Participants are responsible for ensuring that go ape receives the request.

• Participants who cancel their reservation within 7 days before the reservation date will not receive a refund, but can reschedule their reservation or receive a refund in the form of a refund gift card, allowing them to reschedule at a later date or receive a full refund. The applicable non refundable online transaction fee shall apply to all partial refunds of the booking. Participants who cancel their booking within 7 days before the booking date will not receive a refund, but can reschedule their booking or receive a gift card, allowing them to reschedule at a later date. 

• Participants who are not present at the scheduled time without prior notice of cancellation or late arrival are subject to the "not present" policy and are not eligible for refunds, rescheduling or other credit. The cancellation policy specified herein applies to all participants, including but not limited to individual participants in group bookings.
• Do not display policies. In order to treat all guests fairly, if the booking participants fail to arrive at the time of booking and do not give the cancellation notice in advance, they shall bear all the booking costs. 
• Cancel the reservation according to the group reservation contract. Please note that participants who book under a group booking contract can find cancellation and related details in their contracts. In case of any inconsistency or conflict with these terms and the terms of the group reservation contract, the terms of the group reservation contract shall prevail.

What is their refund policy?

• Payments made by debit or credit cards will be refunded to the same card, or by cheque if the card subsequently expires. Payments made through gift cards, refund gift cards or gift certificates shall be refunded to the same card.

• If multiple payment methods are used, go ape reserves the right to refund by credit card, cheque or refund gift card.

• The sale of all goods is final. No refund or credit is allowed.
