How to return within USA?

• Simply request a prepaid shipping label here and ship your new, unwashed item back. Exchanges and store credits will be issued within one business day of your package being scanned by USPS. Refunds will be issued within one business day of your package being received and reviewed at their warehouse.

• Exchanges and store credits are available up to six months following your purchase. This is intended to give you time to confirm sizing following birth and to make a change if needed. Exchanges and store credits are completely free, including the return shipping label. Your new items will ship and your store credit will be issued within 1 business day of your package being scanned by USPS so you can use them quickly.

• You can return for a refund to the original payment method if your order is less than 30 days past. They will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your refund. Please note that shipping fees that were paid by the customer when the original order was placed will not be refunded.

What's the weight limit of the Dad Shirt pouch?

The pouch is intended for newborns between 7 and 15 lbs. For most babies, that's at least for the first 3-4 months (some longer!) The shirt can also be worn without a baby, and no one will notice!

Can I walk around with both hands free?

• The pouch does support much of your newborn's weight, however, they still recommend that you always keep one hand on the baby while they are in the pouch.

• Like carriers, it does distribute the child's weight across the upper body, securing your child and taking the weight off of your arms. Their desire is that it promotes mom-baby bonding and actively doing life together.  This is encouraged through having a cozy pouch and nursing top available at all times. Mom and baby enjoy the benefits of babywearing while baby is in the pouch, and the Soothe Shirt makes breastfeeding more convenient even in public so you are more likely to do it.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1 business day, Monday through Friday. They prioritize FedEx 2Day orders and often ship them same day if placed before 3pm EST. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of when your order ships. During sales and peak times there may be an extra 1-2 day delay.

What conditions of return items?

To ensure that every product they send out is in top condition, returns must be in their original condition, still new and unwashed with all interior tags intact. Please wait to try on your items until after your baby is born. At that time you can confirm the fit before washing.
