What is their return policy?
If you would like to return an item (within 30 days from the date of purchase), you can do so for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and are non-refundable. Please note that in order to be eligible for a full refund, the item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. They reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with their return policy. They will process refunds within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) of receiving your return. To return one or more items, simply email their support staff with the item(s) you wish to return.
Can I change my order after I have placed it?
If you need to change your order, please send them an email within 12 hours of your purchase. Send an email to [email protected] and add the subject ORDER CHANGE to your email. If more than 12 hours have passed since your purchase, they cannot guarantee that your order will be changed.
Can I pay in my own currency?
All prices on their website will be billed in US dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated based on the daily exchange rate on the date your card is issued to process the transaction. You can make purchases in your country's currency using the converter located at the top of the site's home page.
Where do their products come from?
They hand select their products from manufacturers around the world. Each item is carefully selected for both comfort and style. Most of their current suppliers are located in Asia.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, you will need 2-7 days to process, pack and prepare your items for shipment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
