What is Luxy Hair Return Policy?
If you are returning your order for a refund, you will be responsible for your own return shipping costs. The shipping label amount will be deducted from your total refund. If you are using your own shipping label, they recommend that you send your package with tracking included as Luxy Hair cannot take responsibility for lost returns.
If you are exchanging your order, they provide a complimentary return shipping label for all U.S. customers. You will not be required to pay the cost of it!
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after they have received, inspected and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened. Once your extensions have been delivered back to thier warehouse, this can take up to 3-5 business days to finalize.
Most financial institutions will take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund, however, it could take longer. Please allow up to 7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting Luxy Hair. For more information, they recommend contacting your credit card provider.

Luxy Hair's exchange process is quick and easy. Ship back your current unopened set of Luxies, let us know what you'd like in exchange and we’ll get you set up with a new order.

What is Luxy Hair Shipping Policy?
All U.S. orders include free standard shipping (excluding sample swatches). Canadian orders include free express shipping (1-5 business days) on orders over $250 USD. International orders pay a flat-rate $25 USD fee for express shipping (1-5 business days).
It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. Luxy Hair ships Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Luxy Hair cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. Standard & express shipping costs and any other third-party fees such as shipping insurance are non-refundable. Luxy Hair cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
