My order is missing items/incorrect, what should I do?

While they take every measure to make sure your Mealeo experience is wonderful - they do understand that errors happen. If your order is incorrect, please find your order in the order history, then select Order Help and choose the Missing items option.

The restaurant will prepare your food, pack it, and one of their drivers will pick it up and deliver it directly to you in an average of 43 minutes.

I need to cancel an order, what do I do?

The easiest way to cancel an order is to open the Orders section of your account, then find the order you want to cancel, then click on the Order Help button and select "Cancel Order".

Which restaurants can I order from on Mealeo?

For the past 10 years, they have been manually selecting the restaurants they want to list on Mealeo and personally meeting with each owner, one at a time. Their list of choices is diverse, ranging from 24-hour diners to authentic Mexican restaurants to the best restaurants in your city. Variety and quality are their top priorities.

I need to add something to my order, what do I do?

If the restaurant has not yet accepted the order, the best option is to immediately cancel your initial order and place a new order that includes all the items you want. You can cancel your order history, find the order in question, then click the Order Help button and select Cancel Order. If the restaurant has already accepted the order, then the only way to add something is to call the restaurant directly. Their phone number is listed at the top of the order details in your history and confirmation email.
