What is the estimated time for delivery?

• Be advised that many factors contribute to delivery time. They will be sure to ship orders out within the time frames that are listed on each product’s page. 

• Since most of their products are personalized and handmade, it takes approximately 1-3 weeks from production to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, please allow up to 2-5  days for arrival, depending on your location. 

• If you're trying to estimate when your order will arrive, consider the following: Credit card approval begins the manufacturing process. Orders placed on Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

How is the Shipping Rates?

• Shipping charges are based on the shipper's address and the weight of the purchased item. Voucher coupons that have shipping included will provide free shipping for an order that is placed with the same value as the coupon voucher. 

• If you select expedited shipping at checkout and shipping is covered by your coupon, your total balance may be altered with an additional fee. 

• All orders are shipped and tracked through USPS First Class Mail.

• Yes. Shipping charges are separate, per item, and covers shipping & handling for each item.

• Promotional deals are designed to be processed individually and shipped to different addresses; therefore, check out cannot be combined. If multiple orders go to the same address, they may be bulked into one package; however, the shipping and handling fees are charged per item.  Please refer to the fine print of your Groupon voucher, for more details.

• Monogramhub reserves the right to ship orders combined or individually.

• They are not responsible for orders not received and not communicated within 30 days of shipping date.

• Mail that is undeliverable as addressed is forwarded, returned to the sender, or treated as dead mail. Undeliverable-as-addressed mail is endorsed by the USPS with the reason for nondelivery and will incur a charge of $7.99 to reship from their shipping center once returned to them. 

What is their shipping policy?

• Due to the nature of personalization, orders can take up to 1-3 weeks to produce before being shipped. In addition to delivering the product to their customers, the shipping costs include the handling of the products between the artisans that adorn your customization, and their distribution center. As a result, there is a shipping and handling fee for each item.

• Standard shipping is sent through Regular Ground USPS. *Fees can vary depending on the item purchased, and shipping method selected.
