What is shipping policy？

• They are only able to offer "Express 2 Day" and "Express Saver," which is their 3 Day service. Their cut-off time for processing these orders is 2pm PST. Please note that these orders take 24-48 business hours before they are shipped out. Once they are shipped, that is when the carrier is guaranteeing to deliver your package in the promised time frame that you have chosen. 

• Example 1: An Express 2 Day order is placed at 10am PST on Tuesday. This order will be invoiced that day because it came in before their 2pm PST cut-off time. The order will ship out on Thursday of that week. Once it leaves them, it will take the carrier 2 business days to deliver the order, which would be Monday of the following week.

• Example 2: Same Express 2 Day order is placed at 2:30pm PST on a Tuesday. The order will be invoiced on Wednesday because it came to them after the cut-off time. This order will ship by Friday and the carrier will deliver it on Tuesday the following week.

• A few restrictions apply, including, the weight limit for these orders is capped at 150 pounds. Orders over this weight limit will not see any expedited shipping options. They are also unable to ship items that are flammable which includes the majority of their essential oil line, all extracts, bitters, syrups, and elixirs. 

What is return policy?

• Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.

• They are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and they cannot issue store credits that can be redeemed at their Mercantile location.

• They do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

• They do not accept returns of opened 8oz and larger sizes of essential oils, bitters, or herbal extracts. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken (in these sizes only) in order to qualify for a refund.

• Mountain Rose Herbs will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods shipped again to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.

• Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as they will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

My order has not shipped yet, can I cancel it?

They process your order as quickly as possible and can only accept order cancellations by 2 PM Pacific Time the day the order is placed. Requests for order cancellations received after this time will not be accepted.
