How to choose my delivery date?

When the local delivery agent receives your order, they will call you to schedule the delivery. Typically, the driver will also call the day of delivery to alert you they are on their way. If your order was shipped via small parcel courier ( UPS, FEDEX ) you will not be called for a delivery date. Please track your order online to ensure that you are available to receive the delivery.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, they are pleased to offer financing for consumer-friendly terms to split purchases into monthly installments. During the checkout process, if eligible, US customers can select the Klarna option or Canadian customers can select the Paybright option, you'll then be directed to a separate site for the application process. Note that all terms are exclusively between the consumer and financing party, either Klarna or Paybright. US customers can see terms and conditions of Klarna financing.

How much is shipping?

They offer tiered flat rate shipping to Canada and the United States except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Nunavut. You may enter your zip or postal code during checkout to confirm shipping costs to your location. Shipping prices are calculated on website prices before discounts, coupon codes, and/or vouchers are applied. 

Do you have return policy?

• They want you to be overjoyed with your new purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you can notify them via the contact form on their 'Contact Us' page and their team will provide all of the details for initiating a return. As soon as the returned product(s) are received back to their warehouse in good condition their team will issue your refund. In order to process your return as quickly as possible they ask that your order number is clearly marked on all boxes for their warehouse team. Please note that the shipment of a return is to be independently arranged and covered by the customer, with products received back to their warehouse within 30 days from the delivery or pick-up date. 

• Just like most return policies they are only able to accept returned items that are in original packaging and like-new condition. This means that products with any scratches, stains, damages, or modifications cannot be returned. Please note that Standard Shipping and White Glove Shipping charges from the original order are not able to be refunded once these services have been provided by the carrier. They are only able to issue refunds via the original method used for payment on the order. If the original method of payment is no longer available, they would be happy to issue a store credit equal to the amount of the refund.
