Can I change or cancel my flight?
When the flight is flying and does not have a delay that exceeds 5 hours, then it is impossible for you to get a refund. All Ryanair flights are changeable but they cannot be cancelled. While flight routes, times and dates can be changed up to 2.5 hours before the flight taking off, but name changes can be changed up to 2 hours before the flight department time through 'My Bookings' unless you have already checked in, in which case you can contact one of their agents by their live chat. And you needn't notify them if you are not able to travel and if you can’t use your outbound flight, you can still use your return flight.

What is Refund policy of Ryanair?

• As usual, after a Ryanair flight is taking off and does not have a delay that exceeds 5 hours, then it is impossible for you to get a refund.
• If Ryanair change the scheduled departure time by at least 5 hours and they can't book an alternative flight, they will issue a full refund to you.
• If you cannot travel on your booked flight, they can't refund you the air fare, fees and charges. But you can apply for a refund of the Government Tax within one month of the travel date. Please note that you need to pay an administration fee of £17/€20 for government tax refunds. And If your refund amount is less than the administration fee, you can not get a refund.
• If you haven't started your journey and are affected by a bereavement of an immediate member in your family within 28 days of your intended flight date and you wouldn't like to travel, they will give you a full refund. While once you have started your travel and are affected by a bereavement of an immediate member in your family, you can contact their call center and they will arrange a quick return flight for you.
• If customers cannot travel because of serious disease and decease, the booking of the affected passengers and someone travelling on the same booking reference may, at their discretion, be refunded.

When will my claims be processed?

• They will process your lost baggage claims within 28 working days of receipt (once the full tracking process of baggages has been completed.)
• They will process your damaged & delayed baggage claims within 15 working days of receipt.
