What should I do if my product is tampered with or damaged in the process of mailing?

If you suspect that the package has been tampered with, you should not accept it from Royal Mail. If you think the product has been damaged during the mailing process, please follow the instructions on the return process on the back of your delivery note. How long can I get my refunds at Smart Fone Store?

If you ask for a full refund, they will deal with it immediately after receiving your product. If you require replacement, they will ship the product immediately after receiving your product, depending on the inventory. If they don't have what you need, they will replace it with a compatible equivalent product. Please wait until they do so or have a full refund. 

When can I receive the order?

Generally, orders placed before 2 p.m. on a working day are shipped on the same day to ensure delivery on the next working day before 1 p.m. Delivery times vary between large orders and busy periods.
