What happens when I receive an order confirmation email?

Your order is being processed. You will only receive one email when billed, then a second when orders are sent to your home. For in-store pickup, an email will be sent to you once your order has been received by the selected store.

What is the exchange and return policy?

Items purchased online accept exchanges and returns in-store according to their Exchange and Returns Policy. You can get a free exchange within 30 days of receiving your order or return the price tag and original packaging for free within 15 days. Any item reduced by 50% or more is considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any item that has been reduced by less than 50% with an additional discount can only be exchanged. It will take 3 to 24 hours for the system to release your balance again. If you have to go back and start over, your gift card will also be available within 3 to 24 hours. Your gift card is still valid in the store.

Can I exchange or return the item?

For hygienic reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged or refunded. All styles in the swim collection are exchangeable and refundable, provided the item is tagged and the hygienic lining is intact. Any item reduced by 50% or more is considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any reduced price items that receive additional discounts are exchangeable only. Souris Mini will only invoice you for items delivered.

Do they have a price adjustment policy?

Yes. The price adjustment policy only applies to regular-priced items with permanent price reductions. Requests for price adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original purchase at the Souris Mini store and upon presentation of the original invoice. No price adjustments will be issued over the phone. No price adjustments will be given after or during temporary events and promotions such as Crazy Weekend, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, VIP Day, Chic Day or other promotions.
