When will my order be shipped?

All Vari products include free shipping to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will only be charged at the regular FedEx published rates. Note that they cannot ship to PO Boxes. Not only do they ship for free, but they ship fast. They have warehouses all over the world to help them get your product to you as quickly as possible. Orders usually ship the next business day Ground Shipping. Usually takes 2-5 days to ship to most regions.

Does Vari support warranty?

They stand behind their products and they want you to feel safe because they will work with you to resolve any issues. All new VariDesk and Vari products purchased in the United States after March 2, 2018 carry a limited, non-transferable warranty against defects in materials or workmanship that affect your ability to operate the product as intended, and against Defects are used within the applicable warranty period.

How do returns and refunds work?

Thanks to their 30-day hassle-free return policy, you can return any Vari product for any reason within 30 days from the date of purchase. Just call them and they will issue an RMA#. They recommend keeping your original shipping box in case you need to return your order. Is there a charge for restocking?

Vari always replaces any damaged or defective items free of charge within their 30-day hassle-free returns window. For products replaced or returned for reasons unrelated to product quality, orders installed by Vari or an authorized third party are subject to a small restocking fee of 10% of the cost of the returned product.
