How much does shipping cost?
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on WaltersWholesale.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.)
The shipping costs are dependent on: the size and weight of your order, the shipping method, and the shipping destination. Your actual shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
What is the in-store pick-up policy?
All pick-up orders will be held for a period of 5 business days from receipt of the email order confirmation notice.
If the material has not been picked up within the specified time frame, a credit will be issued back to the original form of payment less any applicable shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact them immediately at 833-993-3266.
Note: All returns are subject to shipping and restocking fees. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 business days for your credit card to be credited.
What are the shipping options offered by them?
Trade Accounts have the option of using the Walters Delivery Truck system. For shipment destinations outside the Walters Delivery Truck area, the UPS option will be displayed.
Their shipping processor is UPS. Please check back periodically with them as they plan to expand their shipping options in the near future.
Any orders that include hazardous or oversized items that cannot be shipped via UPS may be Will-Called at one of their local branches.
What are the conditions for return?
Returned products are required to be in brand-new condition and include the original undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags and the blank warranty cards.
Also, please include the original receipt with the product.
All items are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. Shipping is nonrefundable.
What is the return policy for damaged or defective material?
Damaged or Defective Material returns are subject to the manufacturers defective, freight, and handling policy. A refund is not guaranteed.
If branch is unable to return the cash amount a check will be mailed to the customer within one week of return.
If purchased using a credit card, refunds must be tendered to the same card; as per CA law.
