How much does the shipping cost?
Orders over $150 ship free in the U.S.
Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are based on products purchased and the shipping destination.
Shipping costs are displayed in your shopping cart at the time of your order.
What is the overnight shipping plicy?
Overnight Shipping is an option that can allow you to receive items quickly if you are on a time constraint, but it is important to note this services does NOT run on the weekend.
This option should only be chosen during the business days of Monday through Thursday as the service only runs on business days.
If you order on Friday you will not receive your package until Monday.
It will only take 1 day to ship to you if you select overnight, but could take up to 2 weeks to produce the item.
Does World Rugby Shop offer international shipping?
They wish they could ship anything anywhere. However, all countries regulate the quantities and varieties of merchandise that can be imported.
Sports apparel is not generally considered a restricted item, but please check with your local customs agency before ordering.
They cannot ship Gilbert products to Canada.
As well, the size of certain items inhibits them from shipping them internationally (for example, goal posts and scrum sleds).
Hong long does it take to process and deliver my order?
The arrival date and time of the order may vary depending on the mode of transport and the destination of packing.
Orders processed at 6: 00 PM CST M-F will be packed and shipped on the same day. Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen and the destination of the package.
I will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If your order contains licensed or customized items, these items may require additional time to produce and ship.
How to start a return?
Making a return is easy and FREE in the U.S!
Visit their Returns Page to fill out the Returns Form. Once your return is approved, they will send you a free Return Label to the email address associated with your order.
Using the free Return Label, and reusable bag or box in which you received your item, send the original item back to them.
Once they receive your return item, they will update you with an email and credit you the full amount of your purchase.
