How do I change or cancel my newsletter subscription?

To manage your newsletter subscription, log into Account and select "Subscription". From here you can unsubscribe from receiving Everyday Yoga news and exclusive offers. Simply uncheck the "Keep me up to date with news and exclusive offer" box and click "UPDATE".

How do I measure myself for sizing?

In order to determine proper fit, they recommend taking your chest, waist, and hip measurements then compare them to the manufacturer's sizing chart, linked on the product page. To ensure your measurements are accurate, they recommend asking a friend to help and always double check your measurements. Be sure the measuring tape is held straight and snug (not too tight or loose). 

• Bust*/chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest. *For women, this measurement is NOT the same as your bra band size. 

• Waist: Hold the end of the tape at your belly button and wrap around your waist to the front. 

• Hip: Measure around the widest point of your hips and buttocks.

• Body Loop/Torso: Start at inner shoulder, come down the front of the torso and go between the legs. Continue up the back to the start of the tape on the shoulder.
