How to make a return at Petite'n Pretty?

• Pack up the items in a shipping box.

• Include a copy of your packing slip with your return. If you don’t have a packing slip, please include the following information with your return: full Name, email address, telephone number, Petite'n Pretty order confirmation number, a note about why you're returning the item.

• Mail your product to the address.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. They recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping (5-9 business days) on orders over $35 is free! Orders under $35 ship for $5.99. For those times you just can't wait, they offer expedited shipping options with an additional fee at checkout.

What forms of payment does Petite'n Pretty accept?

They accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit cards or debit cards. You can also pay using PayPal, Apple Pay or Amazon Pay. They’re always looking to make your shopping experience as easy as possible. If you use another preferred method of payment that they don't currently offer, tell them about it — they want to know!

Why am I being charged sales tax?

They are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, excluding shipping. Sales tax charges are based on the state your order is being shipped to. All applicable state and local sales taxes will be calculated during the checkout process.

Where is my order?

Is it too late to change or cancel my order once it's been placed?

They will do their very best to modify an existing order if you email them, but they cannot guarantee changes or cancellations — especially if an order has already shipped and is on its way to you.

How long can I receive my refunds?

• Once your return is received, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your return and are processing your refund. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Can I return the damaged products?

While it's normal that your shipping carton may have some wear and tear, they hope your Petite'n Pretty products arrived in perfect condition. Please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred in shipping. If damage occurred to the item inside, please retain the box, the packing materials and the items inside and contact them immediately.
