What are the exceptions for returns?

• Lack of Color and Gigi Pip Hats - Due to the high demand and shipping costs related to their hat collections, any hats purchased are returnable for store credit only. 

• Please note a return ship fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your store credit refund on hats.

• ANY full priced products, not from an excluded brand, using any promotion code with discounts over 10% are returnable for store credit only.

• Presale items are non-refundable, you may request store credit if alternative to the item is needed.

How to make an international return?

• At this time they cannot provide a shipping label for international returns, so they have waived the $7.95 handling fee! 

• Please include your order number inside of the package along with your email address. 

• Please note that Bohemian Mama will not be responsible for goods lost in shipment. You can mail your shipment with tracking to: Bohemian Mama Returns, 741 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ, 08226.

What if I received the damaged or wrong items?

• If you receive a damaged item or wrong item you must notify them with 24 hours of delivery at [email protected]. 

• Please provide them with your order number and photos of any damage so they can help you. 

• Please note, if your package was damaged in transit and you had route insurance on your order you can file a claim directly on their website.

Who is responsible for the lost or stolen package during shipment?

• They offer shipping insurance through Route insurance at check-out for potential shipping issues. 

• Route shipping insurance will cover lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

• If you choose not to use Route shipping insurance, Bohemian Mama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

• The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. 

• Once the order is passed along to the mail carrier, the shipment becomes the customer's and carrier’s responsibility. 

• Route insurance claims are easily filed using this link.

How long does to process my return and give my refund?

• Upon receipt, your refund will be processed to your original payment method and can take 7-10 business days to post depending on the speed of your bank or payment method.

• Your refund will only reflect the amount you paid after any promotions or discounts. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
