How about the customs,duties,and taxes?

KARE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) All refunds and return shipping do not include any international shipping or customs, duties, and taxes.

What should I do if the products were damaged?

KARE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or their support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

How to make a return?

To complete your return, they require an RMA# please call and ask for a return number, this will make sure you receive a refund when they receive the product back. They only ask that you tell them why you are returning so they can improve their product. They only accept refund returns from their website, they will send replacement parts or products from any of their resellers with proof of purchase. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to their error will not be refunded or replaced. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery can only be replaced not refunded. Returned devices do need to be sent back in their original packaging, including all accessories. 

When can I receive a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, they will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are not given for expedited or international shipping costs. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
