What is the shipping policy of Partshark ?

It usually takes them about 3-5 business days to get the parts from the manufacturer and then ship them out. Given todays current state shipments may take longer, shipping companies make no guaratee on delivery dates, therfore they cannot make guaratees.  It is almost impossible for any dealership to keep all the parts in their stock for every brand, and every single model, color, and year. Like all powersports dealerships and online OEM parts retailers, they keep very limited stock on hand and order almost all parts through the manufacturers on daily basis. Orders delivered to you exceeding $750 will require a signature of receipt upon delivery.

What payment method do they accept ?

They accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. A PartShark.com account will be created automatically and the generic password will be emailed to you. You will be able to log in later to your account on PartShark.com to review your order status and older orders history.

What about the return policy of Partshark ?

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, known as an "RMA" number and an original copy of the invoice. They must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective, or damaged products or they will not authorize an RMA. They charge a 30% restocking fee for OEM parts orders that meet their return criteria. The manufacturer charges Partshark.com a 30% restocking for returned OEM parts as long as they are returned in 7 days. Returns must be preauthorized by them and are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account.

Do they offer any international shipping policy ?

Yes, they do. They ship internationally on a daily basis. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to these locations.
