What is the shipping policy?

• They offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40 in the US. In the US, they offer Express 2-Day and Overnight shipping in case you need it sooner. They offer free International shipping on subscriptions and orders over $150. They also offer Express International Shipping (1-3 business days).

• Orders shipped to countries outside of the US may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in our international shipping fee.
• DHL eCommerce Solutions no longer accepts domestic shipments destined to APO/FPO addresses shipped via select products. This went into effect on January 1, 2021.

How do I return the item？

You can use their Returnly. Returnly is an online platform that enables Merchants to provide their Shoppers a streamlined item returns, refunds and exchange process. You can use the following services:

• Domestic Returns: the ability for you to easily print a label or use a QR code to present to the shipping carrier in order to return an item by mail or by dropping it off at a Merchant’s physical store.
• International Returns: the ability for you to easily print a label and return an item purchased from an international Merchant.
• Returnly Credit: the ability for you to use the value of your returned items to obtain new items from the same Merchant before the Merchant has received your returned items. Returnly Credit may also be known as “Instant Credit”, “Instant Refund”“Instant Exchanges” or the like. With an “Instant Exchange” you may still obtain new items from the same Merchant before the Merchant has received your returned items, but your new items may be limited to an exchange for a different size, or other variation.

What forms of payment do they accept?

They accept all major credit cards and debit cards and PayPal. Unfortunately, they are unable to accept prepaid gift cards, checks, or money orders.
