What do I need to do to care for my new mattress?

• While it’s not required, we strongly recommend you use a mattress protector. They want your Amerisleep mattress to last for decades. (That’s why they offer a 20-year warranty.) And they would hate for an accidental spill to ruin your new mattress.

• If you need to wash your mattress cover, it has a zipper for easy removal. Wash it with a cold and gentle cycle, and hang it to air dry.

• You do not need to flip or rotate your Amerisleep mattress. The side with the white cover should always remain facing up. Because unlike innerspring mattresses, foam mattresses do not get indentations from repeated use. So you do not need to flip or rotate them.

What do you charge for shipping?

• All orders delivered within the continental US come with free shipping.

• They do not offer direct shipping outside of the lower 48 states, so if you’re interested in having a mattress shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico, or anywhere else in the world, a freight forwarder will be required. 

• They cannot recommend a freight forwarder, but they can ship to one you’ve selected and coordinated with located within the continental United States for free. 

• After that, though, the customer would be responsible for all remaining shipping costs. Please note: All shipping arrangements with a freight forwarder would need to be managed by the customer.

What are your return policies?

• For seat cushions, and mattresses: All mattresses and seat cushions are eligible for free returns with their 100-Night Sleep Trial. They do require customers to try their mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before requesting a return. Mattresses returned within the first 30 days will be subject to a $99 early processing fee. After the first 30 nights, they can issue a full refund.

• For pillows, sheets, accessories, flat foundations, and adjustable beds: These are all final sale and they cannot accept returns for these items. If the item is canceled before it is processed, they will issue a full refund.

How can I pay for my mattress?

They accept all major credit and debit cards. They can also accept a direct bank transfer from your checking or savings account if you call our support team at 1-800-500-4233. They also offer 0% APR financing for purchases.
