What is the express shipping?
They offer USPS Express shipping to the 48 contiguous United States for packages weighing three pounds or less which fit into a 12 inch cube box or smaller for $44.95.
Express delivery will be two to three business days after the date of shipment. A signature is required upon delivery for all Express packages.
If a notice stating "No Express or USPS shipments" appears on their product page, please call or email them to discuss possible shipping arrangements.
What is the shipping policy?
They ship orders to the 48 contiguous United States and to APO/FPO military addresses by either US Postal Service or UPS Ground Service as appropriate.
They ship orders to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii by US Postal Service only subject to additional cost and weight rules.
Domestic U.S. Shipping Charges from Northern California are added to each order includes insurance and tracking.
Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time Monday thru Friday will ship the same day.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM will ship on the next business day.
Does Stuffedark offer international shipping?
No. Because of the increased cost and regulation of international shipment, they no longer offer delivery outside of the United States and Canada.
They ship orders weighing 3 pounds or less to Canada via USPS Priority International for a flat rate of $36.95.
The customer is responsible for all duties and fees charged in Canada.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Carrier fees for "refused" and "return to sender" returns are the responsibility of the ordering customer, and will be deducted from any merchandise credit.
If you paid with a personal check or money order, they will issue a refund check; if you used a credit card, they will credit your account.
Do I need to pay for the return shipping fees?
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
