How long can I get my refund for e-gift card?

Customers with email addresses should expect to receive an email with your e-gift card information within about 2 weeks.

• For customers without an email address, please allow an additional week (total of 3 weeks) to receive a letter in the mail containing your gift card information.

• E-gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. It is important to retain the e-gift card number/pin for your records as FullBeauty Brands is not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift cards.

• E-gift card information is only retained in their system for 90 days. After that, your e-gift card will still be valid, but you will need to provide the details noted on your refund email to redeem the e-gift card towards a new order.

How long can I get my refund to original payment method?

• Refunds credited back to your original method of payment (minus applicable return label fees) usually take around 3 weeks, and it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. If you made your purchase with a check, money order or gift card, a refund check will be mailed to your billing address.

• Please note: If you completed an order as a partial payment with a gift card and/or rewards certificate and an alternative payment method, the refund will be credited to the credit card used to place the order.

• A refund or exchange will not be processed for products that do not meet exchange or refund criteria or are received after 60 days from the original ship date. All sales are final after 60 days.

What is the shipping methods?

• STANDARD DELIVERY

• Shipments within the contiguous United States arrive within 7-10 business days, if ordered by 3PM (EST). Deliveries to AK, HI, APO, FPO and US Territories are shipped USPS Priority Mail. For these shipments, please allow 20 business days for delivery.

• EXPRESS DELIVERY

• Shipments within the contiguous United States arrive within 4 business days if ordered by 3PM (EST). Not available in AK, HI, FPO, APO, and US Territories.

• SUPERFAST DELIVERY

• Shipments within the contiguous United States arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 3PM (EST). Not available to PO Box, or in AK, HI, FPO, APO, and US Territories.

How can I track my package?

Just select Account -at the top of every page. On the dropdown menu, select Track My Order. Enter your order number and billing zip code to find your order information. 

What's the sale tax?

They collect sales tax in those states where they are legally required to do so. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to your order total.

Why did my order ship late?

• The good news is you will receive your order by the expected date.

• Sometimes their warehouse processing takes a bit longer than expected which may affect your shipping date. This doesn't impact your delivery date, however.

• Just a reminder—their delivery time frame is four to seven business days.
