What is the return policy?
Clearance items, shipping fees and sales tax are not counted towards the merchandise subtotal. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
Free Shipping promotion may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly noted. Xpresspost 1-3 days shipping is not available for the three territories; Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.
Xpresspost orders must be submitted by 1PM ET to be shipped the same day, orders placed after 1PM ET will ship the following business day.
They cannot guarantee delivery dates will be met for Xpresspost shipping methods on Clearance merchandise as supply is very limited and it may take additional days to process and ship. Item(s) must be in stock.
What can I learn about the shipping policy?
They will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the Canada Post tracking number.
You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can also check the status of your order anytime by clicking on the Order Tracking link in the footer of every page on this site or by logging in to My Account and going to My Orders.
If your order includes several items, they may ship separately and at different times. So that they can deliver your purchases to you as efficiently as possible, items which ship from the same location are grouped together. Their shipping confirmation emails will let you know how much of your order has shipped.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. They use Canada Post ground shipping for all orders. Orders arrive within 3-7 business days, unless Xpresspost was chosen at checkout.
Orders shipped via Xpresspost will arrive in 1-3 business days; orders to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon usually take about 1 week to arrive. Pre-orders will ship on or about the date mentioned on the product page, except in rare cases when pre-orders are not shipped because the order has been canceled based on demand.
Due to high volume of orders on best-selling styles, the estimated ship date may be pushed to the next ship date on the basis of first come first serve. See Shipping Policy for more details.
What are the shipping fees?
For a limited time only, enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50. (This offer is valid within Canada except for the three territories: Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon, and is not valid on Clearance items).
For all other orders: Shipping within Canada is a flat fee of $8.95 per order. Express shipping option is available for $15.95 and provides delivery within 1-3 days. For Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon the shipping fee is $30 per order and may only be sent via Xpresspost. See Shipping Policy.
