• Any orders placed after 16:00 will be packed the following working day using the NEXT DAY service for delivery the day after - unless there is a Bank Holiday weekend. Next Day deliveries ordered before 16:00 on Fridays will only arrive on Saturday guaranteed if you opt for Saturday Delivery (£10.00) You should use this service if you need your order to arrive on the weekend. 

• Please provide a telephone number at checkout so that DPD/Claudio Lugli can contact you about the delivery time slots and address queries. 

• DPD will contact you on the telephone number that you provided when your driver is on their way to you. You can give your driver special delivery instructions (leave with neighbour etc.) if you are not going to be in - otherwise they will leave you a note and take your parcel to a local pickup store for you to collect.
