Can I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that has not been processed, please contact them as soon as possible. Orders for which the package has already been processed cannot be cancelled. You can reject the package once it arrives. Keep in mind that in this case you will be charged a $17 return fee.

What if my product is defective?

Fitueyes will replace defective parts on any of their products free of charge if the defect is due to improper workmanship and/or materials. If they are unable to provide a replacement product and the repair is impractical or cannot be completed in a timely manner, Fitueyes may choose to refund the purchase price in exchange for a product return. In the rare event that your Fitueyes product is defective, they will provide you with a replacement product with free shipping.

What is their return policy?

They want you to be completely satisfied with your Fitueyes purchase, and they also provide you with a professional buyer's guide and other attentive services. They also understand that sometimes a product doesn't quite fit. That's why they have this returns process and hope it makes your returns easy. For faster assistance with a return or exchange claim, email them your order number, contact information, reason for the return, and photos of the damage or defect (if applicable). Please keep all items and packaging materials until your claim is resolved. They will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. For returns with quality and delivery issues, they offer a prepaid return label (no additional return fees), but charge a $17 return fee for returns with non-quality issues.

What is their shipping policy?

Fitueyes offers free shipping on all orders, but they cannot currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO/POB addresses. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours on business days. (Except weekends or holidays). Shipping and delivery will take 3-5 business days. Depending on the item purchased and the delivery location, sometimes the delivery time may be delayed during the peak shopping season. Please understand that.
