Do you have any rules when I use coupon codes？

• The item you purchase must match the promo or coupon code description(brand, size, quantity, color, et cetera);

• The coupon codes may be applied to particular brands only;
• The promotion code must be valid at the time of the purchase;
• Sales Tax, Shipping, and Handling charges may be applied to your order;
• Mega Depot codes are limited in use - one code per customer, unless specified otherwise;
• Limited-time offers are valid until 11:59 p.m. EST on the day they expire, unless specified otherwise
• In order to use the coupon and promo codes you need to login to your Mega Depot account.

What is the return policy?

• Returns can be requested within 14 days from the date your order was received. 

• Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA number and shipping address for returns.
• Repack the item in its original package or include the original package with the item in another box. All items must be unassembled and re-packaged in the way they were received. 
• Customer should prominently display the RMA number on the outside shipping boxes containing the item to be returned.
• Please do not ship returns to Mega Depot address.
• If you are returning a product for refund, they will charge up to 30% restocking fee.
• Shipments refused because the item is simply no longer wanted and shipments not picked-up by the customer after shipping courier’s attempts to deliver will be charged up to 30% restocking fee.

What is the shipping policy?

• Mega Depot ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders may be processed for a shipment only to a valid physical address. 

•  Shipping costs vary depending on a variety of factors, from package measurements, shipment type, distance, additional handling, address type and more. If you require a special shipping option – you will still enjoy very reasonable shipping rates. 
• If the actual shipping cost is significantly lower than it was calculated the difference will be refunded to you immediately. If actual shipping cost is significantly higher than it was calculated by their system their representative may contact you and request to cover the difference fully or partially. COD shipments are not available at this time.
• Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. 
• For international ship, they can ship the products to the address of your freight forwarder in US or to your address via their UPS/FedEx account or via a freight forwarder of their choice. On case by case basis they can accept your UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL account. In some cases they can offer a pick-up from manufacturer’s location or from our warehouse.
