Does Michael Stars offer gift cards?

Michael Stars offers gift cards from $50 to $500. The answer to all your gifting needs send a Michael Stars virtual gift card. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. Please note: E-Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged and are redeemable online only.

Can I make an order via ShopRunner?

• ShopRunner does not fulfill or ship any orders. Whenever you order through ShopRunner, the item is fulfilled and shipped by Michael Stars. Fulfillment usually takes place within 1 business day of the order being placed. Then the free 2-day shipping is applied. Please allow two full business days for the order to arrive after it has been processed.

• Note: If an item is pre-order it may delay delivery time.

• Eligible items will ship so they are delivered free within 2 business days via UPS. ShopRunner orders only ship to physical addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

Can I make a return at Michael Stars?

• They'll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached and returned in original packaging. Return labels are only available for orders shipped to the continental US and no additional postage is required. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable. 

• Final Sale Policy: all sale items purchased at 50% off or higher, all non-medical masks, beauty & wellness products and socks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Michael Stars merchandise purchased through other retailers, including department stores or at specialty boutiques, must be returned to where it was originally purchased and is subject to their respective return policies.

What's the refund process?

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur, especially during the holiday season. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder). A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 3-5 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

How to make an exchange at Michael Stars?

Please note on the Exchange Form the new size or color you are requesting. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment for the items you send back for exchange. After receiving your exchange request -- if item is in stock -- they will email you an invoice for the new item. Please submit your payment info there. Shipping for exchanges is free.

How long can I get my order?

Typically, orders placed by 1 p.m. PST Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 1 p.m. PST on Friday or on weekends, will be processed the following Monday (excluding holidays). Orders will ship USPS standard ground unless otherwise specified.
